Based out of our **Melbourne** office, you will influence and be exposed to State and National projects.With a minimum of 12 years' experience in Transport Modelling, Transport Planning or Traffic Engineering, you will play a key role to:* Support the Team Leader to increase market share and continue as a top tier transport modelling and analytics consultancy across Australia and in new geographical markets* Project/Design management of transport modelling and analysis projects; including client management, financial management and contract administration of delegated transport infrastructure projects* Successfully communicate the 'story' behind the data and influence SMEC's current and future infrastructure projects* Ensure that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the outgoing deliverable requirements exceed of the client and SMEC* Proactively collaborate with team members, other SMEC teams, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables* Actively contribute to the commercial success of projects and the teamWith a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
