**The opportunity**:
Are you a dynamic professional with a diverse background in Quantity Surveying or Finance, and a knack for understanding multiple industries? We're looking for an individual who thrives on complex challenges and enjoys dissecting data to uncover insights to support our due diligence and project delivery teams across multiple Energy & Utilities projects.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Meticulous review and analysis of cost plans and data from various sources, especially in relation to infrastructure, buildings, and asset acquisitions.
- Ensuring precision in detail, leveraging a forensic review approach, and effectively managing external cost resources such as quantity surveyors, accountants, and analysts.
- Collaborating closely with client accounting and investment teams, including the CFO and CIO, to facilitate seamless project-to-accounting integration.
- Working hand-in-hand with analytics teams to develop specialized reporting tools and insights related to costs will be instrumental in your success.
Proficiency in managing and taking ownership of PMIS cost reporting tools like Procore and Power Bi is crucial. Your excellent presentation skills will be essential in conveying confidence and clarity in cost and finance outputs to C-Suite executives. Flexibility and a willingness to travel for fast-track due diligence opportunities are also expected.
