Job Description:
This role is a pivotal position within the General Manager's office, requiring exceptional organisational skills and autonomy to manage diaries, streamline correspondence and coordinate priorities.
As the key link between senior leaders, staff and external stakeholders you will handle high-level committee support and prepare agendas for meetings. Your responsibilities will also include taking minutes of meetings, driving follow-up actions, assisting with special projects and audits.
You will thrive in this environment if you are able to think critically solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills both written verbal as well as ability to work independently operate with minimal guidance direction.
