About the Role
This is a flexible role that can be shaped around your experience.
We're primarily seeking someone with an interest in property and/or commercial law, but we're also very open to generalist lawyers with experience in areas such as conveyancing, Wills & Estates, and Family Law.
Graduates will be supported with structured mentoring and hands-on learning. More experienced lawyers will enjoy autonomy, interesting work, and the opportunity to broaden or deepen their practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across property and conveyancing matters (residential and commercial)
* Assist with or manage commercial transactions and advisory work (depending on experience)
* Handle general practice files including Wills & Estates and/or Family Law
* Liaise with clients, agents and other stakeholders
* Draft and review contracts, agreements and legal documentation
* Manage files using LEAP and PEXA
* Contribute to a collaborative, client-first team culture
What We're Looking For
* Admitted lawyer (or graduate pending admission)
* Experience in property and/or commercial law
* Generalist experience in conveyancing, Wills & Estates or Family Law is highly regarded
* Strong communication, organisation and client relationship skills
* A flexible, growth-oriented mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while being a supportive team member
* LEAP and PEXA experience is a bonus, not a requirement
