The role
As a Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team
- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
- Drive store performance through sales and operational excellence
- Oversee stock, boutique presentation and brand representation
- Build a strong client base and culture of long-term customer relationships
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with a focus on service, sales, and people development.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or a similar setting
- A hands-on approach to problem solving and multitasking
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage boutique operations
- A genuine interest in luxury products and customer experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail or watches is an advantage
