The opportunity
Join our People & Culture team as an HRIS & HR Systems Administrator, supporting the continued development of our newly implemented HRIS from our corporate office in Truganina. Reporting to the People Services, Systems and Data Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our HR systems deliver a seamless experience for employees and leaders across the business. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR technology, data and process improvement, and who takes pride in making systems easier for others to use. What Your Day Will Look Like
* Support the ongoing development of our HRIS
* Troubleshoot system issues and support users
* Configure workflows and improve system processes
* Assist with HR system upgrades and enhancements
* Maintain documentation and user guides
* Provide training and system support across the business
* Produce reports and manage HR data accuracy
* Help drive continuous improvement in HR systems
You Are
* Experienced working with HRIS platforms or enterprise systems
* Confident working with HR data and reporting
* Natural curiosity about systems and improvements
* Comfortable supporting system users across the business
* Organised and able to manage competing priorities
* Skilled in Excel and data analysis
* A clear and confident communicator
