Beenleigh Bowls Club is seeking an enthusiastic and hands on Duty Manager to join our passionate and supportive team. This is an operational role, not office based, and best suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor and leading from the front. If you are tired of finishing work at 5am, this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, this position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast paced and evolving hospitality environment while being part of a growing club with strong community connections.
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about guest experience, notices the small details that make a big difference, and is always looking for ways to improve themselves and the team.

The Position
Manage all shift operations
Work across rotating shifts, including evenings, with rostered weekends off
Ensure compliance with Gaming, Liquor and Food licence requirements
Maintain high standards of venue presentation and cleanliness
Exceed customer expectations at every interaction
Oversee daily service while completing all administrative duties within required timeframes
Drive and support promotional activities
Ensure all WHS procedures are followed
The Leader
Sound knowledge across Gaming, Bistro and Bar operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment and passion for the hospitality industry
Positive and professional attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to use initiative and lead by example
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience as a Duty Manager desired
Current Approved Manager, RMLV, RSA and RSG certificates
