We are looking for a highly skilled Analyst Financial Crime Compliance professional to support our organization's efforts in preventing financial crime. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking day-to-day business activities as outlined in our financial crime compliance program.
* Conducting Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and other activities to ensure that all financial crime investigation related requirements are met.
* Reviewing and enhancing financial crime compliance related policies and procedures in line with regulatory and legislative updates.
* Ensuring timely submission of regulatory reports and maintaining accurate records.
* Providing expert advice on financial crime compliance matters to business units.
* Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on financial crime compliance.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in AML/CTF or related field (e.g., financial crime compliance, risk management, or governance).
* Proven experience in AML and Financial Crime risk roles, particularly in relation to AML/CTF legislation.
* Minimum two years' experience in compliance and regulatory risk in Australia.
