Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a go getter attitude and a passion for driving business outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting our operational teams to build residential occupancy through the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Leveraging your digital media experience to build awareness of UniLodge and to maintain our position as an industry leader in the Student Living sector.
* Create and implement local marketing initiatives to drive property awareness and applications via our website.
* Work proactively with property teams to build occupancy and retention using a wide variety of creative marketing tools.
Our Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
* Experience in marketing within property or related sectors which drive website related outcomes.
* Strategic marketing, communications, and project management skills.
* Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple properties and locations.
* Demonstrated administrative skills managing multiple tasks and priorities during your day.
* Proficiency with tech platforms like website CMS, social, email marketing platforms, website analytics.
* Strong eye for detail with superior written and verbal communication skills.
