About the Role
As a Mobile return to Work Specialist, you will work face-to-face with injured workers, Treating Health Practitioners and Employers to support recovery and return to work during and after a workplace injury. You will also engage with the broader GB claims team members including Case Managers and Early Intervention Specialists to provide holistic support, coaching and mentoring relating to effective claims management strategies supporting recovery, Injury Management and Return to Work.
Through your Early Intervention and collaboration expertise, you will deliver a person-centered management approach that is also customer centric focusing on achieving exceptional recovery, return to work and customer oues in line with best practice.
This role is a customer facing role is open to applications Victoria wide, not restricted to Melbourne and surrounds. This position offers great flexibility to work from home, mobile/in person, the office and on-site with your customers in a safe and sustainable manner.

About you
We're interested in hearing from people who possess:
7. Tertiary qualification/Return to Work Certification in an appropriate discipline and/or experience in a similar role in the Work Cover industry is essential to your success
8. Leadership skills and ability to coach, mentor, lead conversations and influence oues relating to claims management and Return to Work
9. Thorough practical understanding and experience in effective management of Return to Work
10. Knowledge relating tomon injuries, treatment options and medical terminology
11. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
12. Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
