An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shop Manager to join our North Street Store team!

North Street Store is your go-to neighbourhood corner store for delicious coffee and wholesome food that the entire family will adore. From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better.
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Shop Manager to join our group. Reporting to the General Manager of our store, you will be responsible for leading the team that staff the shop during our busy breakfast, lunch and popular mid-week dinner service.

**What will you be doing?**
- Opening/closing the store
- Completing the daily checks
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift and team mates
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable
**Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent customer service
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills and a calm, cool head
- Good communication and a team-focused attitude
- Strong leadership qualities and a desire to see your team succeed
- Passion for good food and drinks.
