The Role
We're on the lookout for a highly‐motivated, entrepreneurial and commercially‐savvy Partnerships Manager to drive growth across Australia and the wider APAC region. You'll own the relationships, the pipeline and the hustle — cultivating new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver standout creator‐led campaigns. You'll move fast, think smart and push for the big picture while nailing every detail. Responsibilities
* Drive and execute a national strategy for influencer‐led campaigns and partnerships.
* Source, pitch and close financial sponsorship for media and content opportunities.
* Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline and CRM.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, agencies and creators.
* Identify new media and content commercial opportunities.
* Manage and grow client relationships.
* Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brands.
* Lead full client acquisition processes including contract negotiation with a focus on net current revenue.
* Maintain solid knowledge of industry trends that impact clients.
* Participate in weekly sales meetings and internal sales processes.
* Take a proactive approach to sourcing and pitching potential clients.
* Focus on product differentiation and value positioning in market.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to pioneer new business initiatives.
* Bring a strong growth mindset to actively drive business expansion.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of social and influencer marketing.
* Proven experience in sales, partnerships, media or digital marketing — with demonstrated deal‐closing skills.
* Established relationships with media agencies and brands across Australia and APAC regions.
* Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentation settings.
* Highly organized with the ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple projects.
* A proactive, self‐directed operator who thrives with autonomy.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets and revenue targets.
* Experience in a fast‐paced creative, media or entertainment environment.
* Team player with a positive energy and collaborative mindset.
* Experience using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn quickly).
* Willingness to travel for work and attend events.
