ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Power Apps Developer, you will be the technical driving force behind our internal application modernization, transitioning legacy data sets into robust, modern architectures. You will automate complex workflows and build intuitive custom applications tailored to specific business needs. You will act as an internal developer, partnering with stakeholders to capture requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience from development through to post‐launch hyper‐care.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Design, build, and deploy custom Microsoft Power Apps to streamline and modernise essential business processes.
* Implement and configure Microsoft Dataverse as the central, secure repository for all critical operational records.
* Build and deploy sophisticated Power Automate flows to handle automated notifications, complex data validation, and workflow automation.
* Lead the secure and efficient migration of legacy data sets from existing SharePoint Lists into the new Dataverse environment.
* Enforce strict data integrity, consistency, and quality standards throughout the migration process, while applying robust security roles, access permissions, and governance controls.
* Partner directly with business users to gather and refine requirements, utilising an iterative approach to improve solutions continuously.
* Produce comprehensive technical and operational documentation, including data models, solution architectures, application configurations, and ongoing maintenance guides.
* Drive user adoption by delivering comprehensive training sessions, facilitating knowledge transfers, and providing dedicated hyper‐care support immediately following deployment.

* Proven, hands‐on technical capability in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, coupled with a solid understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 platform.
* Strong consulting acumen with a demonstrated ability to design robust solution architectures that bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business requirements.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations, influence decision‐making, and build strong relationships across the business.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, user‐friendly training and documentation.
