Now, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our diverse portfolio of properties.

The Role:

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management? As our Real Estate Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing tenant relationships and handling maintenance to delivering financial reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our properties profitable and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle tenant enquiries, lease agreements, and screening processes.
* Manage move-ins, move-outs, and address tenant concerns promptly.
* Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
* Oversee relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
* Manage property budgets, ensuring timely rent collection and expense tracking.
* Review financial reports for property owners, including income and cash flow statements.
* Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry.
* Knowledge of property management principles and local regulations.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for decision-making.
* Familiarity with property management software and financial reporting.
* Registered as a restricted or unrestricted salesperson.
