About the Role
We are seeking a Dietitian to fill this position.
The successful candidate will provide clinical dietetic services to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
* Deliver high-quality clinical dietetic services across LRH
* Actively participate in clinical meetings and nutrition care planning
* Liaise with the Catering Department regarding special and general diets
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver patient-centered care by providing clinical dietetic services to patients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case management activities.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and interventions.
