Change Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our Financial Crimes Services team. This role will be part of the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, which supports the execution of the Group's Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead change, business engagement and change strategy for complex change delivery, to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes. They will work in partnership with our teams and business stakeholders to simplify changes for our people and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
* Plan and lead a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
* Manage stakeholder engagement and resolution of stakeholder people-related risks and issues.
* Develop and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
* Design and implement change collateral as required, such as communications, training materials and reference material.
* Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
Requirements:
* A proactive and autonomous approach to deliver project outcomes.
* An agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices.
* Influential stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills.
* Proven experience in delivering change and communication strategies in large and complex environments.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
* A risk mindset and domain knowledge of Financial Crime would be advantageous.
