We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal & external services, and provide brief psychological intervention.
The role requires delivering evidence-based clinical care to achieve better health outcomes for adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.

Key Requirements
* Registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse
* General or Provisional registration as a Psychologist
* AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker (suitable for graduate Social Workers)
