Our handcrafted gourmet sweet and savoury pastry products, including gluten free and vegan lines and our gourmet pie range are supplied to Top Executive Chefs and 5 Star Venues across WA such as Optus Stadium, Crown, PCEC and more. Our standards of quality are second to none and we are also HACCP certified.
**Job Purpose**:To ensure all areas of site plant
including food contact surfaces, equipment, storage
areas and surrounding areas are cleaned and
sanitised to a standard that meets our HACCP Food
Safety Program. Assist with Food Preparation and
assembly of products.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- General cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, its surround and equipment.
- Follow organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant HACCP Food Safety Program and FSANZ Food Safety Standards.
- Willingness to learn and have attention to detail.
- Food Preparation and assist with assembly of products from time to time.
- Packing and labelling frozen Product in boxes for delivery.
- Follow chemical safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any problems noted regards procedures or Ocupational Health and Safety.
- Take care with kitchen equipment/materials.
- Responsible for the correct receiving and storage of all foods
**Minimum qualifications required**:
- HACCP Training Provided but you must have 2 Years Minimum working in a Kitchen Hand role.
- Food Handlers Safety Certificate
- Interested in learning the importance of Food Safety Culture.
- Previous experience working in a HACCP environment preferable.
- Fit and Healthy Fun Personality
- Honest - Reliable - Friendly staff.
- An interest in the Food Industry.
