Job Role: Research Field Associate
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Research Field Associate to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and gathering data from assigned households. Your primary goal is to establish rapport with participants, manage refusals and objections respectfully, and ensure informed consent.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be comfortable working with technology, such as tablets, and following on-screen scripts/protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit assigned households and initiate conversations at the door.
* Build rapport quickly, manage refusals and objections respectfully, and ensure informed consent.
* Conduct accurate, structured interviews on a wide range of topics.
* Record observations, follow safety and privacy protocols, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements:

* As an empathetic communicator, you should listen well, handle sensitive topics with care, and adapt your style to suit different households.
