The position of Application Management Services (AMS) Senior Consultant in the Peoplesoft team will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our PeopleSoft HCM clients. The role will be varied from working on resolving issues as they arise to designing and delivering enhancements and optimisation projects. Our AMS team has a strong focus on partnering with our clients to help them get better return on their Peoplesoft investment and this means we have a lot of small to medium projects across the Peoplesoft HCM platform.About the teamThe Peoplesoft AMS team sits within Deloitte Operate and is an extension of the Deloitte Peoplesoft team. The Deloitte Peoplesoft team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Peoplesoft team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Peoplesoft solution. For the Peoplesoft AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the client’s Peoplesoft experience.Enough about us, let’s talk about you.You are someone who has experience in Peoplesoft HCM in Consulting or Support Services. This is a role for someone who can build client relationships and deliver quality outcomes:Experienced in technical and/or functional aspects of Peoplesoft HCM or other modules with the mindset and ability to tackle other areas of PeoplesoftExposure to PeopleSoft Global Payroll and PeopleSoft Time and LaborExposure to legislative aspects of payroll specific to Australia and New ZealandExperience implementing or supporting the technical and/or functional areas of Peoplesoft HCMAn ability to think outside the square and find solutionsExceptional customer service skillsStrong communication and presentation skills.A strong ability to work with others and adapt your style to get the best out of othersFlexibility and ability to juggle multiple tasksWhy Deloitte?
