We are seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team to work across a diverse range of clients and engagements. This role will see you working closely with Directors to prepare deliverables that meet our clients' unique needs and expectations. It is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about financial analysis and eager to progress their career in a growing division.

You will have the opportunity to work towards a professional certification preferably in Corporate Finance such as CFA, CPA or CA.
The Role
* Prepare a variety of valuations, independent expert reports, expert witness reports for M&A, tax, financial reporting or family law or litigation purposes
* Work alongside the team ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction
* Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders
* Develop relationships with clients, colleagues, and leadership teams, establishing trust as a key advisor
About You
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* 1-2 years of corporate finance or valuation expertise
* Foundation/good understanding of financial accounting
* Strong analytical and report writing abilities
* An interest in capital markets and a passion for learning corporate finance principles
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in financial analysis tools such as Modano, S&P CapIQ, MergerMarket etc highly regarded
* Financial modelling experience highly regarded
* A current national police clearance (within six months) is required.
* Australian working rights and willingness to travel are essential.
