Job Title: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the highest standards of practice and adhere to our code of ethics.
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our facility's policies, procedures, and standards.
* Provide holistic care to residents, including medication management and identification of their needs.
* Record and evaluate reactions, signs, symptoms, and resident progress.
* Supervise auxiliary nursing personnel and subordinate staff.
* Assist with duties of nursing staff and provide direct care to residents when needed.
* Refer residents to community agencies as necessary.
* Oversee unit operations regarding housekeeping, activity programs, and dietary needs.
* Attend and participate in nursing conferences.
* Assist physicians with diagnostics tests and therapeutic measures.
* Promote good health habits and acceptance of medical treatment.
Qualifications & Education:
* Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
* Current CRNNS registration.
* Current CPR Level C certification.
* WHMIS certification.
* Progressive nursing experience demonstrating leadership ability and competency as a practitioner.

Working Conditions:
Sitting, standing, bending, lifting intermittently. Subject to interruption and unpredictable behavior.
