EPIS is seeking a full time or part time Data Entry Officer to join our head office team in Newman.

* Salary packaging
* Full Time 8-4pm or part time 8-2pm.

ABOUT EPIS:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The primary responsibility of the full-time/part time Data Entry Officer is to input daily data both accurately and diligently to capture the care and services delivered to EPIS clients. The role will also involve general administration duties and assisting head office staff to ensure the operational requirements of EPIS are maintained.

This role will also include the attendance at meetings, the taking of meeting minutes, and the collating and distributing of meeting documents.

JOB TASKS:

* Providing a professional administrative support services to EPIS CEO and head office staff working diligently within an environment of competing priorities.
* Interact with diplomacy and professionalism with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders; and initiate appropriate action to enquiries.
* Inputting of data accurately and diligently
* Directing telephones callers to appropriate staff.
* Greeting visitors.
* Maintaining basic records and archiving.
* Filing, collating, scanning and copying documents.
* Must have a good organizational skills and good time management.
* Has positive attitude and professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and database systems is essential

YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL BE ASSURED BY HAVING:

* A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience is required
* Time management, problem solving skills.
* Motivated self-starter
* Friendly, professional, people person
* Solutions - focused mindset
* Drive and ambition to make a difference
* Can provide a valid National Police Certificate
* Full WA Driver's License
* Has full working rights in Australia
