* Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred.

* Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times.
* Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss.
* Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed.
* Accurately checks off store deliveries where required.
* Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses.
* Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures.
* Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism.
