About The Role
You will have responsibility for fire systems across our current and new customer base.
This Will Involve
* Liaise with Chubb staff, customers and clients in regard to technical support and administration.
* Mentor and assist other members of the team to facilitate client needs.
* Ensure jobs are completed in a safe manner and all safety paperwork is done as required by technicians.
* Coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operation of the Team.
* Installation, Modification, Commissioning and repair of Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms & Emergency / Exit lights.
* Inspection and testing of fire systems in accordance with AS 1851.
* Assisting in growing our customer base by identifying and following up on opportunities.
* Customer liaison providing assistance where required.
* Provide recommendations to customers on fire protection systems and equipment.
About You
* Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry.
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency (PR).
* Current Electrical Licence – mandatory.
* Current Driver's licence – mandatory.
* Current Cabling Licence – ideal.
* Electrical Trade Qualification – ideal.
* Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
* Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.
* Hardworking and reliable.
* Experience in a customer facing role.
