Overview
Marine Service Technician - Installation, Routine Maintenance & Service at DockPro. This hands-on, customer-facing role is suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and delivering high-quality workmanship. You will install and service DockPro systems while ensuring every customer interaction reflects a 5-Star experience.
Location
Mandurah (Covering Greater Perth Area)
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
* Install SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and related products
* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and system inspections on SeaPen, FloatBricks, Sunstream and Golden Boat Lifts
* Conduct fault finding, repairs, and product relocations
* Safely operate tools, company vehicle, trailers, and boats as required
* Represent DockPro professionally on-site
* This role is based in Mandurah and services the Greater Perth region, with occasional interstate and intrastate travel required.
Skills & Experience
* Essential
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Practical problem-solving ability
* Good level of physical fitness and ability to swim
* Boat licence (minimum requirement)
* Minimum 1–2 years hands-on technical or service experience
* Experience using hand and power tools
* Open C driver's licence
* Ability to reverse trailers confidently
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Forklift licence
* Highly Regarded
* Coxswain Grade 3 licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Marine industry experience
