We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our IEA team in Western Australia.

The role:

Reporting to the General Manager Inclusive Employment Australia and overseeing our Western Australia IEA offices, you will provide support, guidance and mentoring to staff to ensure customers are progressing towards and into employment.

You will ensure Inclusive Employment Australia delivery is aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and will undertake activities that drive consistency, continuous improvement, and the success, growth and sustainability of Maxima.

As the Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia program in WA you will drive growth by developing and retaining high-performing teams, and maximise Customer success through high-quality effective service delivery, including through the development of strong local relationships and partnerships.

You will drive business success and stability through delivering on financial targets for the region.

This role is based across Fremantle, Subiaco and Baldivis WA.

You will be an energetic, innovative and resilient Senior Leader, with proven ability to lead, coach and manage diverse teams to achieve results and excellence. You will also need…

* Business acumen in commercial or for purpose operations
* A solid understanding of Deed requirements, relevant Guidelines, and an ability to accurately interpret and apply the Deed and Guidelines to individual situations
* Experience in developing, utilising and maintaining high level local and national stakeholder relationships
* Strong organisational and time management, communication and presentation skills
* Systems-thinking and analytical skills, with the demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve problems
* Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomes
