Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to operational areas, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for:
* Preparing month-end financial reports in a timely manner;
* Analyzing inventory reports and liaising with Operations to investigate discrepancies during month-end close;
* Reporting operational KPIs accurately;
* Ensuring revenue and costs integrity through ledger analysis and accruals;
* Maintaining SOX compliance;
* Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts as assigned;
* Partnering with business units to provide financial insights and support;
* Assisting in budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations;
* Identifying and implementing process and system improvements;
* Communicating effectively with operational managers on financial matters;
* Supporting the mobilization of new operational projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
* CA/CPA qualified;
* At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality;
* Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion systems;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently;
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
