About the Role
We are currently looking for an experiencedClient Liaison Officerto join our Customer Experience Team.
Key duties will include :
* Managing customer progress through pre-construction, construction, and service / warranty stages
* Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring records are accurately maintained in internal systems
* Preparing and issuing building contracts and associated documentation
* Assisting with building approvals, permits, and compliance administration
* Coordinating key handover packs and supporting the Construction Team with client readiness
* Responding to customer queries with professionalism and empathy
* Supporting the Service and Warranty process, ensuring client issues are actioned promptly and communicated effectively
* Liaising closely with internal departments to ensure workflow milestones and timelines are achieved
