Billing Officer – Part-Time (2 Days per Week)

Bulk Regional Express NSW (a division of Bulk Group) is looking for a detail-focused Billing Officer to support invoicing across our regional freight network.
This role supports our operations teams by ensuring freight movements are billed correctly and invoices are issued accurately each week. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, checking details, and following things through.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week) with predictable hours. We're open to discussing days and start/finish times to suit the right person, making it a great option for someone looking for flexibility around other commitments.
We're aiming for an early New Year start to support consistent, on-time billing from the outset.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting weekly invoicing for Bulk Regional Express NSW.
* Reviewing freight jobs in the system to ensure all charges are captured.
* Working with Operations teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.
* Following up discrepancies before invoices are issued.
* Supporting a consistent billing process across multiple depots.
