$50-$57.50 p/h + Overtime + Super + Benefits
$110k - $150k (38-48 hours - up to you what you want to work)
Monday - Friday (Afternoon shift)
Company: A leading manufacturing company based in Perth, WA. As a national business, they are currently experiencing rapid growth and have exciting plans for new investments into our site.
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. This is a crucial role in maintaining our production efficiency and meeting our customer demands.
Responsibilities
* As a Maintenance Fitter you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* The Maintenance Fitter will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve any mechanical issues.
* This Maintenance Fitter will carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Collaborate with the production team and other Maintenance Fitters to address any equipment-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong maintenance fitter knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
* As a maintenance fitter you will need to be proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals.
