Specialising in bespoke, architectural new builds and renovations with project values ranging from $4M - $10M They have collaborated with renowned architects and are known for their high quality workmanship and finishes. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a luxury residential home based in Roseville. About the Role Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis Weekly construction meetings Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc. Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertake project quality assurance Manage defective work Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's What You Need Certificate III in Carpentry is essential Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded Minimum 6-8 years experience as a Site Manager leading high-end residential projects from commencement to completion (minimum values from $6M) Strong written and verbal communication Current drivers license The Benefits Salary packaging circa $200K pending experience Project based in the North Shore Future professional development opportunities and internal progression available Be supported by a highly knowledgeable team of Construction Managers, Foreman and Contract Administrators Strong business systems and support in place across the company Opportunity to work with an award winning, high quality builder Strong pipeline of work If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on 0447 367 966 for a confidential chat.
