Maximize Revenue, Monitor Inventory and Demand

The ideal candidate will partner with various departments to gather and summarize data for evaluation purposes. This role involves optimizing revenue for casino marketing events and analyzing large data sets to identify trends and make accurate predictions about demand.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with VIP Services, Marketing, Database Management, Food & Beverage, Property Analytics, and Corporate Analytics to gather and summarize data.
* Optimize revenue for yielded casino marketing events including suites, show tickets, tournaments, and other limited resource incentives.
* Analyze large data sets to identify trends and make accurate predictions about demand.
* Monitor active casino events and programs, making data-driven recommendations for changes to program/event criteria.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, including Anti Money Laundering, CTR Reporting, local gaming regulations, and responsible alcohol service.
* Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
* Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* (2) years of analytic experience required.
* BA preferred.
* Experience in using desktop computers, MS Office applications, and casino software applications for player tracking and reporting data.
* Casino or hospitality experience preferred.
* Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
* This is an on-site position at Hard Rock-Hollywood Florida.

Work Environment:

* Some exposure to casino-related environmental factors including crowds, secondhand smoke, and excessive noise.
* Frequent time in office consisting of environmental factors typical in an indoor, climate-controlled office environment.
* Must be able to continuously maneuver around the property.
* Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
* Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds and bend, reach, and stoop on a limited basis.

Closing:

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting, and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended. These background checks may include credit check, criminal background check, drug screen, etc.
