This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, coordinating return-to-work matters, and supporting positive recovery and business outcomes.
About the Role
Managing an established portfolio of clients, you will deliver professional Return to Work and Injury Management services designed to support safe, timely, and sustainable recovery outcomes while enhancing overall client experience.
Acting as the key coordination point between injured workers, employers, insurers, treating practitioners, and rehabilitation providers, you will proactively manage claims and RTW processes from early intervention through to resolution.
Key responsibilities
* Managing return-to-work and injury management services across a portfolio of clients
* Coordinating early intervention, claims triage, and RTW strategies
* Developing and maintaining Return to Work Plans
* Liaising with injured workers, employers, insurers, treating practitioners, and rehabilitation providers
* Monitoring claims progression, return-to-work barriers, and suitable duties programs
* Preparing client reports and supporting overall service outcomes
* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Supporting growth opportunities across existing and new client relationships
* Ensuring compliance, service standards, and internal procedures are met
* Providing professional support to clients and internal stakeholders

About You
You will bring:
* Experience in return to work, injury management, occupational rehabilitation, or workers compensation
* Strong understanding of workers compensation claims processes (0-52 weeks) and RTW principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive stakeholder matters
* Confidence working within compliance frameworks and service standards
* A genuine passion for supporting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience
RTW, workers compensation or rehabilitation consulting experience required. Front-end claims (0-52 weeks) and stakeholder management experience highly regarded.
