Our Client Our client is a large, well-established poultry production business with a strong reputation for quality, animal welfare, and operational performance. They operate a significant network of broiler breeder farms and continue to invest in people, systems and long-term capability. The Role This is a key leadership role supporting a network of broiler breeder farms across the Bendigo region. You will work closely with Farm Managers and site teams to drive production performance, maintain standards and lift consistency across multiple sites. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who understands poultry production and is ready to step into a broader operational leadership position. Key Responsibilities Monitor flock performance including weights, uniformity, mortality and egg production • Analyse production data and implement corrective actions • Support and coach Farm Managers across multiple sites • Maintain standards across animal welfare, biosecurity, QA and WHS • Support audits, quality systems and sampling programs • Assist with labour planning, cost control and operational efficiency • Support maintenance planning and infrastructure performance • Liaise with technical teams, veterinarians and suppliers Requirements Background in poultry production (broiler breeders highly regarded) • Experience across multiple sites or leadership roles • Strong understanding of production systems and performance drivers • Practical, solutions-focused mindset • Ability to build relationships and influence others • Good communication and reporting skills • Current driver’s licence Remuneration & Location Based in Bendigo, Victoria.
