We're seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team as a key player in estimating custom homes.
* Develop detailed Bills of Quantities, tenders, and trade comparisons for residential construction projects.
* Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Review and negotiate trade and supplier pricing to optimize costs.
* Contribute to scheduling, procurement, and pre-construction planning to deliver projects on time.
* Support cost management and value optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience estimating custom homes in Western Australia, solid knowledge of single- and double-storey constructions, and a strong understanding of local construction methods, finishes, and Perth market rates.
