In addition to our utilisation of focussed psychological strategies and our client-focused practices, we are passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for clients through the use of progressive approaches and technologies. We are highly motivated and skilled to support clients with varied experiences of trauma, who are finding that 'traditional talk therapy' is not for them or who may believe that they have exhausted all avenues of therapeutic support.
We truly believe in and have witnessed the effectiveness of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. We experience great reward through our clients finding relief from their distress and despair and by achieving meaningful and lasting change. We utilise both traditional and digital methods to assist clients to reprogram their brains and alleviate symptoms of trauma.

About you
We are looking for a Medicare registered mental health practitioner, including:
* Psychologists
* Mental Health Social Workers
* Mental Health Occupational Therapists
* Counsellor
You are experienced, or are willing to be up-skilled and supported, in:
* treating complex mental health presentations, such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and ADHD.
* the practice of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
* utilising knowledge of Attachment Theory, Parts Therapy or Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness based therapies.
* conducting assessments, writing clinical reports and liaising with other relevant professionals and will be registered with AHPRA, AASW, ACA or PACFA
You will have:
* Medicare registration or the eligibility to be a Medicare provider.
* professional indemnity insurance.
* an excellent ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* have high level communication and interpersonal skills.
* efficient organisational, multitasking and IT skills.
* an ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on company projects and goals.
