Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant to join their friendly, high-performing showroom team in Osborne Park. You will help customers find pieces they truly love, offering well-designed, beautiful, high-quality furniture, while enjoying a clear pathway to career growth.

This full-time sales role includes customer consultations, showroom styling, and opportunities for leadership development. You’ll work in an attractive retail space with a supportive and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional showroom sales experiences
- Build rapport and guide customers through the buying journey
- Provide design advice and product recommendations
- Assist with showroom styling, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Respond to phone/email enquiries as needed
- Contribute to the overall success of the store
What We're Looking For
- Retail sales experience in furniture or homewares (essential)
- Genuine interest in interiors, design, and styling
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and emotionally mature
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible availability including Saturdays
- Long-term working rights in Australia
