About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our grower and broker customers using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, managing digital inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll support our field team of Territory Managers, conduct proactive outbound calls, assist in purchasing grain, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
