Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing support to participants and employers to maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
* Resolving challenges for both parties as they arise.
* Helping employers provide a suitable work environment for participants & providing guidance on workplace modifications.
* Effectively managing a caseload of Ongoing Support participants
* Overcoming objections and breaking down employment barriers that exist for people with disability.
* Preparation of and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments
* Collating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelines.
A successful Ongoing Support Consultant possesses empathy, compassion, excellent communication skills and composure under pressure. If you are driven, solution focused with a can-do approach, this could be the ideal role for you.

To be considered, you will have:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Full-Time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
