Job Description
The role is full-time with availability Tuesday to Saturday. You will work closely with the Store Manager to operate an effective store, drive sales growth, and foster a customer-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
 * Sales Growth: Assist the Store Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.
 * Culture Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and reach KPIs.
 * Team Management: Support the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
 * Customer Experience: Create a memorable shopping experience for each customer by delivering excellent customer service.
