Associate Director / Senior Structural Engineer
Key Responsibilities
* Structural engineering design on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors.
* Establishing and maintaining personal relationships within the local market.
* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors on projects.
* Managing projects, including fee estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling, and achieving budgets and deadlines under senior staff guidance.
* Providing technical input to projects as required.
* Attending site meetings and inspections as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the following characteristics:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering consultancy.
* Proven business development experience.
* IStructE or Chartered Engineering credential.
* A well-rounded structural engineering skill set with a keen interest in further developing these skills.
* The capability to liaise confidently and clearly with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A strong work ethic to achieve collective results.
