About The Role
* Provide direct clinical care (face‐to‐face and telehealth) to transgender and gender diverse children, adolescents and families.
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including gender dysphoria assessments.
* Perform independent clinical formulation, diagnosis and intervention.
* Write reports and offer consultancy to families and health professionals.
* Participate actively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, clinical review sessions and case discussions.
* Provide expert clinical perspectives to inform patient‐centred service planning.
* Evaluate therapy outcomes using standardized measures and adapt interventions to maximise outcomes.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
* Support governance processes and innovative models of care.
