About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Baker to join the Black Star Pastry team in our St Kilda Production Kitchen, located in the iconic Prince of Wales precinct. About You 2-3 year's experience as a Baker, in particular viennoiserie & dough lamination Ideally experience working in a Production Kitchen Team players with a positive attitude. Passionate about customer experience and product quality. Commitment to food safety. Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards.
