Job Profile
This is an opportunity to work in the insurance sector where you will be providing administrative support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with diverse portfolios.
You will focus on client servicing which is key to success in this role.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
* Participating in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities
* Preparing, lodging and invoicing insurance policies in a timely manner
* Attending client meetings and working on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance duties
* Managing key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
* Enhancing the client experience through outstanding customer service
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of insurance products and services would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
