Job Description
Your new role will be to work closely with the team lead in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Executing Service Management processes to drive consistent service delivery for incidents, problems, change and requests related to Technology application platforms;
* Participating in the development of the Digital & SaaS Applications strategy and roadmap;
* Designing and maintaining sustainable, secure, reliable and high performing web solutions and services to meet business needs;
* Managing the design of Digital & SaaS solutions in support of refreshes and/or upgrades or other system/application integrations with existing solutions;
* Implementing plans for the reliable operation of key platforms, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
* Managing and maintaining timely and accurate system documentation;
* Planning the development of new requirements, features and functionality to meet business requirements;
* Providing technical support and training for Digital applications;
* Liaising with managed support vendors and business stakeholders to lead the ongoing Support & DevOps pipeline for Digital Applications.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Strong experience as an ESRI Developer;
* Exposure to PEGA and Squiz is desirable;
* To be a 'team player' and work well in a collaborative environment;
* To live in Sydney or be able to travel to Sydney 3 days a week.
