Australia's national market leader in seasonal experience design, production, and installation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Success Manager to join our Queensland team. .
This is an exciting opportunity to work across retail, commercial, and council clients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, delivering high-profile projects from planning through to installation and dismantle.
The Project Success Manager plays a key role in client relationship management, commercial performance, project coordination, and onsite delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project management, installations, events, retail displays, exhibitions, construction coordination, or related industries who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing client service with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects from concept through to installation and dismantle
* Prepare project quotations, budgets, schedules, and project plans
* Conduct site visits including measurements, logistics, and infrastructure planning
* Coordinate suppliers, installation partners, transport, and procurement
* Lead project meetings and manage project milestones and timelines
* Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
* Drive sales growth and gross profit performance within a client portfolio
* Ensure WHS compliance including SWMS, permits, checklists, and site documentation
* Oversee onsite operations and installation partner performance
* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, compliance records, and project documentation
* Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

* Experience coordinating projects, installations, or operational delivery
