Description At MUFG Pension & Market Services, you’ll join a supportive, diverse team within Australia’s leading superannuation administrator. No prior superannuation experience? No problem — you’ll receive on‑the‑job training, hands‑on exposure to financial advice operations, and genuine career pathways into financial planning. As part of our Retire360 business, this role is ideal for a motivated graduate or early‑career professional currently studying (or recently completed) financial planning, with a strong interest in RG146 and advice administration. You’ll work closely with experienced advisers, building foundational skills in advice coordination, member communication and service delivery — all within a friendly, structured, and supportive team environment. About the role In this entry‑level Adviser Support role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to financial advisers delivering advice to members. You’ll be a key point of contact for member enquiries and play an important role in ensuring advice processes run smoothly and on time. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to the financial planning industry while developing professional communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Key responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to financial advisers delivering general and personal advice Manage inbound member enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses within SLAs Coordinate adviser calendars, including booking and rescheduling member appointments Complete outbound member calls to support service delivery and follow‑ups Manage shared inboxes and workflow queues, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Support the preparation and delivery of advice documentation and client deliverables Liaise with internal teams to ensure advice processes are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes Contribute to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the advice support function About you Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or back‑office support roles Currently studying or recently completed financial planning or a related degree, or strong interest in commencing RG146 in Superannuation Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking directly with members High attention to detail, good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities A positive, professional approach with a genuine interest in helping people Comfortable working in a structured environment while adapting to change Experience with XPLAN or similar advice systems is advantageous, but not essential Some of our Employment Benefits Flexible Working – hybrid model enabling our employees to work in the office and at home Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well‑being leave Employee Recognition Program to celebrate people living our values Talent Referral Program Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation Employee Assistance Program Learning & Development – self‑paced learning plus educational assistance support Employee discounts – including Bupa and Microsoft Novated Car Leasing Our culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
