You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents.
You'll play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.
Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

About you: You are passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs.
You thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you're able to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
You hold Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent, or are working towards obtaining.
