About the Role
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for a skilled Speech Pathologist. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders through individual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with families to provide support and education.
The role may involve work at our clinics as well as on-site services at local schools. We are looking for someone with:
* A strong background in diagnosing and treating Speech, Language and Literacy Disorders with 3+ years of experience
* Knowledge and skills in supporting children with disabilities and their families within strengths-based, family-centred practice
* A commitment to neurodiverse affirming practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to seek and share information as part of a supportive workplace culture
* Values that embrace high quality clinical excellence and a dedication to meaningful outcomes
* A relevant degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
* Current membership with a leading professional body
* A current Working with Children Check (QLD & NSW)
* A current NDIS Worker Screening
